The Queen loves Norfolk, it's where she comes to relax and walk her corgis. Sandringham House in Norfolk has always been where the Queen likes to spend Christmas and not leave until February. Prince Phillip also spent most of his post-retirement on the Sandringham Estate.
Back in April, it was Sandringham House where The Queen chose to stay and celebrate her 96th Birthday.
The Sandringham Estate was also The Queen's Father's (George VI) favourite place, it's where he retreated when he was suffering from bad health.
Sandringham and Norfolk hold many fond memories for The Queen, it's a place where she can be herself and nobody bothers her.
If you live in Norfolk and The Queen is home then you have a great chance of seeing her and the Royal Family out and about in the neighbourhood.
The Queen is often spotted at Kings Lynn train station as he arrives by train from London. The Queen and her family are often spotted at local churches attending services.
As well as The Queen, you can often see Prince William in the local pub, Kate at the local garden centre and Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis getting crafty at Mable's Paint Pot.
The Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations are going on all over Norfolk and at Sandringham House, the celebrations are going on until October!

Celebrations at Her Majesty’s Norfolk retreat include an exhibition in the ballroom of Sandringham House until October 13.
More than 100 Norfolk road closures have been authorised to allow street parties and live entertainment to go ahead for The Queen's Jubilee 2022.
