Norwich houses are in demand.

We get asked "What houses do you have for sale in Norwich?" every minute of the day, which is great but what a demand!

Currently, in the property market, there is what we call a spring bounce and a boom!

The spring bounce happens every year when people come out of winter and start making plans. They've been cooped up in their home over winter and realise they want something different. While the sun is shining there becomes a rush to look at properties, and for families, there is the added urgency to buy something and move in before the new school term starts.

Add to the bounce is the property boom we are all now experiencing and the phones don't stop ringing!

Because of the stamp duty holiday and its extension, as well as 95% mortgages, people everywhere are trying to take advantage. The pandemic has also made people reassess their situation, no longer do they need to commute to the office, working from home is now acceptable, and green space has become a priority. This is why the question we frequently get is "What houses do you have for sale in Norwich?" because people need space indoors for an office and they now also want gardens. The most popular request we currently get is for detached houses.  No longer is it that just families ask for detached houses; we've had lots of enquiries from professional couples, many relocating from London because they no longer need to live near where they work. For that reason, you can see why Norwich has become very popular for relocators because commuting back to London every once in a while for work is relatively easy. Norwich offers a good lifestyle, plenty of space with the bonus of easy commutes should the need be there.
