We shall then contact them and arrange to give them a FREE valuation of their home. 

If they go on to list their home with abbotFox and we sell it, on completion you will be transferred £100 into your bank account.

There is no cap on the number of people you can refer, meaning if you send 10 people our way and they all sell their property through us; you would be the beneficiary of £1,000.

This person doesn’t even have to be a close friend of yours, as long as they are looking to sell their home, and you point them in our direction then we sell it, and the money is yours. The person that you refer must know that you are referring them and they are happy to give you their details to forward to us.

It is a completely obligation-free service for the person you refer, we will send out some reading material to them and speak about how we can help and offer them a FREE valuation of their home. We will then leave the ball in their court and allow them to decide in their own time. When the sale is completed, we will organise a transfer directly into your bank account.
